Contractor partnership applications
Washington Trade Network applications collect business and contact details, primary trade and service areas. Experience, license or registration references, business website and address are optional. Applications are stored privately for partnership review and follow-up, separately from homeowner inquiries. They do not create membership or authorize charges.
Information you provide
A project inquiry includes your name, phone, ZIP code, service choice, project description and follow-up consent. Email and project address are optional. Please do not include financial, identity, health or other sensitive information in the description.
Optional project photos
If you add a photo, the original image and any metadata it contains are stored privately with your project request. Photos help review the requested work and may be shared with a potential service provider for that purpose. They are not added to a public gallery.
Use and sharing
Information is used to review your request and support follow-up about the project. It may be shared with a potential service provider. Submitting a request does not authorize unrelated marketing or confirm a contractor assignment.
Service operation
The intake service may process technical request information to prevent abuse, limit repeated submissions and recognize retries. A request identifier is provided only after a successful intake response. This website does not use advertising trackers in its authored frontend. Hosting and intake systems may maintain operational records.
Questions about your information
If you have already received follow-up, use that contact channel and your request identifier to ask about access, correction or deletion. Do not submit sensitive information to verify yourself. A request for deletion does not itself confirm that deletion has occurred. Retention and processing requests require review by the service operator.
